The BOC-3 is a federal filing in the U.S. that assigns a processing agent to accept legal documentation on behalf of a company. The FMCSA requires all entities to have an agent on file in each state in which the company conducts business.
The FMCSA Drug & Alcohol Clearinghouse is an online database that monitors and reports in real-time, information regarding drug and alcohol program violations for CDL holders. Carriers who possess a Class A CDL or recruit Class A CDL drivers are required to register.
